For bookings made with less than one month notice, or with a value of £70 or less, full payment will be required.

Please note that bookings are only confirmed once a final cake enquiry is received and agreed on both sides, and the deposit is paid.

§ What happens if I need to change/cancel my order?

Any major changes to your order less than two full weeks before the required pickup/delivery date, may incur a fee to cover the reworking of the cake design and/or loss of work already completed/purchased for the original order.

Deposits (30% of total cost) are non-refundable. A credit for the deposit may be forwarded to a new booking date if the customer gives at least 10 days notice ahead of time. If you cancel the booking or fail to give 10 days notice for date changes, you will forfeit your deposit and will require another deposit for a new booking date.

§ How do I store my cake?

BY cakes must be refrigerated. For optimum taste, always serve your cake at room temperature. This depends on the season, however between 1-2 hours fort buttercream cakes and 30 min -1 hour for fresh cream cakes, out of the fridge before cutting and eating is a safe time frame.

If you are not eating the cake on the day of pickup, store the cake (as given in its box) in a fridge with no odours. Fresh is always best! But it's good to know that your cake will store very well in the fridge for up to 5-7 days (decorations may vary).

§ Allergens

In the kitchen in which orders are prepared, there are present allergens, so your order might contain traces.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to inform your guests of this allergy information. We shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of our products. We shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of our products.

I use mostly Nitrile, but sometimes Latex gloves for food prep.

§ Data use

With your order, I keep basic contact details for the purpose of your order.

I might, in the future, contact you only to check if everything was ok with your order, or to offer some discounts and samples. Your data won’t be shared with anyone else.

§ Cake care ABC

A) Make sure you have made a space in your fridge ready to put the cake in once you return home (or make sure the restaurant has got such space).

- Take the cake out of the fridge approximately 30-45 min prior to cutting ONLY if it is a buttercream based cake.

B) Turn on the air cone in your car, especially during hot days, to make sure the cake won't melt during transport. NEVER leave the cake in direct sunlight or in a place where it is too warm.

C) ALWAYS hold your boxed cake from the bottom with both hands. When driving, place the box on a flat surface, like a footwell, with no loose items around, which can hit the box. Drive slow and avoid road holes and bumps.

Once your cake has left us, Bless You HOME Kitchen holds no responsibility. We cannot replace, refund or repair what's damaged.

By ordering from us you declare that you read, understood and agree to above terms and conditions.
